Wallets

One of the first things that you have to do when you start out with crypto tokens is deciding on a wallet. The first wallet I had was Trust Wallet. It's a pretty good wallet overall in my opinion. It is pretty useful for a beginner. It's easy to use. It recognizes tokens most of the time. It seems to be catered towards Binance Smart Chain tokens. But it does recognize Ethereum tokens and Bitcoin. The other wallet I used in the beginning was Metamask. I wouldn't recommend Metamask to a beginner. It is a bit more difficult to add tokens. It does not recognize Bitcoin. However it is a top choice to connect to most DEFI exchanges. Once you have some experience under your belt dealing with wallets you should consider getting a hardware wallet. A hard concept for me to grasp at first was understanding that your tokens are not really in your wallet. A wallet is simply a way to see what tokens you have and be able to interact with your tokens on exchanges and make transfers to othe

 It has been an interesting journey over the last year learning about crypto tokens and also learning about different DEFI and centralized exchanges. Living in Texas has its advantages and disadvantages in that only certain exchanges are available. So the purpose of this blog is going to be relating my experiences and knowledge that I've gained over this latest journey.
